Mark has been implementing SaaS systems since 2011 and has over 20 years of HRIS consulting, including 9 years in customer facing and leadership roles at PeopleSoft.
Areas of expertise include thought leadership in global HCM and Compensation design, four full-lifecycle implementations (two as functional lead), project management methodology, project finance, solution estimation. tenant configuration, data conversion, system testing, production support, and upgrades.
Prior to working with SaaS Factors, Mark was a delivery lead/functional architect with Accenture for 3 years and a functional HCM subject matter advisor with Deloitte Consulting for 5 years.
